By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Services Offered
SerenityIn Spa offers the following services:
- Couple Massage
- Swedish Massage
- Healing Touch
- Thai Massage
- Relax Signature
- Balinese Massage
- Aroma Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Wine Massage
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by SerenityIn Spa.
Modifications
Clients may modify their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of ₹500.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
5. Payment
SerenityIn Spa accepts payments via Cash and UPI.
For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances, as determined by SerenityIn Spa.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Clients must provide accurate and complete health information, including any medical conditions or allergies, to ensure a safe and personalized experience.
7. Health and Safety
SerenityIn Spa follows strict health and safety protocols to provide a clean and safe environment.
- Clients are responsible for informing the staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before their session.
- If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Under no circumstances does SerenityIn Spa condone or provide any sexual services. Any requests for such services are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the session. SerenityIn Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client who solicits inappropriate behavior and may report such behavior to the appropriate authorities. The spa is not responsible for any harm, injury, or legal consequences resulting from such requests.
9. Staff Policy
SerenityIn Spa staff members are trained professionals who are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct. Our staff is qualified and regularly trained to provide you with the best experience during your visit.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
SerenityIn Spa respects your privacy. Any information provided by clients will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with privacy laws.
11. Liability Waiver
SerenityIn Spa will not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such incidents result from our negligence. Clients must acknowledge that they are using the services at their own risk.

SerenityIn Spa reserves the right to modify services and terms at any time. Clients will be informed of such changes, and these changes will be applicable upon the next service or appointment.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by SerenityIn Spa will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as applicable.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

- Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment.
- Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the session.
- SerenityIn Spa will not be liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed health conditions or allergies.
