SerenityIn Spa is committed to protecting clients’ personal information. We do not collect personal data such as name or phone number unless required by law or for booking purposes. To ensure client confidentiality, we offer soundproof rooms with non-transparent, black doors, ensuring a private and serene environment for all clients.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
Clients may pay for services via cash or online transactions. SerenityIn Spa’s policy on cancellations and rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for a detailed policy.
Consent and Age Restrictions
All clients must provide informed consent before receiving services. Consent forms are available at our reception and must be signed before the appointment. SerenityIn Spa’s services are available to clients aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted unless accompanied by a guardian and with appropriate consent, adhering to Indian regulations.
Refund Policy
SerenityIn Spa has a no-refund policy. Clients are encouraged to communicate any dissatisfaction promptly during their visit so that we may address their concerns immediately.
